The Rapid Solutions Deployment™ Process

The RSD™ process is an intensely collaborative, time-tested and proven methodology for rapidly developing and deploying sustainable solutions specifically tailored to your unique needs. It affords you the ability to achieve actionable results in much less time and at a significantly lower cost than more traditional approaches.

While the process is highly structured in its overall objectives, it’s not an off-the-shelf program. Its flexibility allows our facilitators and your participants, working closely together, to customize it to your business environment and objectives.

Discovery
The process begins with a rigorous information-gathering and discovery stage. This phase occurs over a period of approximately two weeks to one month, depending on the size of your organization, and is designed to ensure measurable results in the execution phase.

Collaborative Work Sessions
An elite team of senior advisors, working collaboratively with your assigned participants, facilitate a three to five-day workshop. This workshop, which includes group-wide events as well as focused breakout sessions, consists of several distinct phases, including:
