For over thirty years I have worked with individuals and groups, with members of small and mid-market companies and Fortune 500 corporations, to help them achieve greatness and lead lives of purpose and fulfillment, at work, at home and in their communities.

My approach combines advanced principles of cognitive neuroscience, human communication and emotional intelligence with sound business fundamentals. Striking a balance between academic rigor and real world relevance, I deliver sustainable results.

I work with teams to help all team members understand the power of diversity of skills, personality types, learning styles and problem-solving approaches in building highly effective teams and to help them recognize and harness their strengths and full capabilities.

What to expect

Each of my highly experiential, participatory workshops is tailored to your specific needs and objectives. They typically extend over 1-4 days and consist of up to 15 participants representing a vertically and horizontally diverse cross section of the organization. However, I can accommodate a wide range of workshop lengths, number and organizational make-up of participants.
