The RSD™ process is an intensely collaborative, time-tested and proven methodology for rapidly developing and deploying sustainable solutions specifically tailored to your unique needs. While the process is highly structured in its overall objectives, it’s not an off-the-shelf program. Its flexibility allows our facilitators and your participants, working closely together, to customize it to your business environment and objectives.
The process begins with a rigorous information-gathering and discovery stage. This phase occurs over a period of approximately two weeks to one month, depending on the size of your organization, and is designed to ensure measurable results in the execution phase.
Collaborative Work Sessions
